How many people can stay in Tiggervilla homes?
At Legacy Park, our 5 bedroomed villa there is room for 12 people in total with use of the double sofabed in 
the loft Games Room and at Tuscan Ridge, our 4 bedroomed villa 10 people can stay with use of the sofabed
located in the Formal Lounge.
How near are the main attractions?
Disney can be reached within 10 minutes, Universal Studios and Seaworld are about 20 minutes drive away 
and the coast will take about an hour to get to. We believe that both Tiggervilla homes are perfectly placed to 
get around Central Florida with ease that’s one of the main reasons we chose these locations.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes and we would recommend heating from September/October to April/May. If you would like pool heating it 
is best to book prior to you arrival as depending on weather conditions the pool may take a day or two to heat 
up.
How do we get to Tiggervilla homes? 
Full arrival information, directions and maps will be provided prior to your holiday, just follow the instructions 
and you will have no problems finding either of our Tiggervilla homes.
What makes Tiggervilla homes an executive class of home?
Executive homes have more amenities than standard holiday homes with for example upscale furnishings 
and appliances, a Games Room, multiple TV’s throughout the home. DVD player.
Are the homes non-smoking?
There is no smoking allowed in our homes.
What is provided in the Tiggervilla homes?
Each room of our homes is fully furnished for your comfort. Every convenience has been provided, including 
kitchen cookware and bake ware; enough dishware, glassware, and silverware for the maximum number of 
people that can be booked into the home; sufficient linens for your stay, more than enough hangers in every 
closet; even a clock radio (if you should choose to keep track of time). There is also one roll of toilet tissue 
and a “starter” bar of soap provided per bathroom. There is even a washer and dryer, for your convenience.
Where do I go for groceries or any other supplies I might need?
A very informative Visitor’s Guide is provided in each home. This binder is full of valuable information for you, 
including locations and directions to grocery stores, petrol stations, fast food and restaurants.            
What is the Security Deposit for?
A deposit of £200 is required as security against any damage to the villa and/or its contents. This deposit will 
be taken and banked within the final payment. Our Management Company will check the villa and its contents 
after guests depart and providing there is no damage or missing items and excess cleaning is not required 
then your security deposit will be refunded 4 weeks after your return.
I would like to book, what do I do next?
Contact us at tiggervillausa@aol.com with details of your interest (which Tiggervilla you would like to stay at, 
how many people in your party, dates of stay and any extras you may require i.e. pool and/ or spa heat)
Once we have received your interest we will reply with a provisional booking via email. Then just read through 
the booking terms and conditions, complete a booking form and send along with deposit cheque (made 
payable to E M Tyrrell) to us. "A booking deposit of 25% (of total rental cost) is required before any bookings 
are confirmed. The villa rental payment is required at least eight weeks before commencement of the holiday. 
Where bookings are within eight weeks of the holiday start date, full payment is required at the time of 
booking."
           
Once we have received your completed booking form and deposit cheque we will contact you and confirm the 
booking (via letter) and any other relevant details. A booking will be considered firm when we have received
the deposit and we have confirmed the booking and balance due date in writing. The balance (i.e. 75% of the 
total rental cost) and security deposit payments are due eight weeks before the date you arrive at the villa. 
For bookings made within eight weeks of your holiday full payment is required at the time of booking (i.e. 
100% of the total rental cost and security deposit). Directions to the villa and arrival information will be 
forwarded to the Lead Guest at the address specified on the booking form when the final payment has been 
received. Any changes to the your original booking will incur a £25 administration charge.
